Located at No. 7, Lane 185, Jinan Road, Huangpu Dis­trict, Shang­hai, the Fux­ing 118 Pro­ject con­sists of Fux­ing·Song, Fux­ing·Feng, Fux­ing·Ya and the Guang·Yin Garden on the east side. Among them, Fux­ing·Song, for­merly known as Yilu, was first built in 1921. In 2019, three Shi­ku­men build­ings were moved and fi­nally loc­ated at the in­ter­section of Jinan Road and Fux­ing Middle Road, form­ing a unique Shang­hai-style archi­tectural land­scape. Re­lying on the his­torical Shi­ku­men build­ing com­plex, the pro­ject cre­ates an inter­national com­mercial com­plex in­te­grating tra­dition and mod­ernity.
